SENIOR COMPENSATION ANALYST The purpose of this job is to provide compensation consulting services to the Firm's domestic and international offices and joint ventures. Specifically, this includes benchmarking, analysis and salary packaging.
Key responsibilities include:
Evaluating compensation trends to ensure the firm is market competitive through the analysis of employee data and compensation surveys.
Participating in the implementation of compensation plans and procedures globally. Participating in the year-end salary review and incentive compensation processes by conducting analyses and providing feedback to ensure equity and consistency.
Engaging with line management to understand changing business needs and possible compensation implications.
Providing advice to HR professionals and line managers regarding individual compensation packages and other compensation-related issues
Ensuring compensation policies are current and keeping global HR team current on compensation policies and procedures and any related legal/regulatory changes. Managing relationships with external compensation consultants on survey participation and special projects.
Participating in the development of individual international assignments.
Reviewing FLSA standards to ensure firm wide compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree and minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation is required. Preferred experience includes: demonstrated expertise in global compensation; client service orientation along with a high degree of flexibility, responsiveness and resourcefulness; previous experience working with compensation surveys and other benchmarking data; prior experience in financial services, a consulting firm or a comparable environment; proficiency in advanced Excel; experience in Access programming; knowledge of SAP ad-hoc reporting (or similar HRIS application).


Technology Recruiting Associate

Recruiting Coordinator
We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to support and coordinate the hiring efforts of our professional recruiting team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggling a large number of open positions, candidates, and priorities. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented and organized and can think critically and creatively to ensure the most efficient and effective interview process. It is essential that this individual is extremely professional and is an exemplary communicator - in writing, over-the-phone, and in person.
Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Coordinating all aspects of the candidate interview process: this includes scheduling all phone and in-house interviews and travel arrangements.
Participating in the coordination and execution of recruiting events; this involves determining candidate availability and travel needs, establishing interview schedules, preparing recruiting materials, and greeting, guiding, and walking out of candidates on day of events.
Collecting all candidate and manager interview feedback; posting updates to recruiting database.
Managing distribution and collection of candidate surveys.
Managing database of applicants and resumes (updates, corrections, reports etc.) and driving technological improvements to enhance overall process.
Processing candidate expenses.
Communicating turn downs to candidates.
Coordinating with referring employees on candidate status as appropriate. Reviewing candidate work visa/citizenship requirements
Position Requirements:

HR Assistant
This position is responsible for performing a variety of daily functions within the Human Resources Department, including activities related to benefits, payroll, recruitment and training. Assignments are carried out in accordance with instructions provided by the Human Resources team. This person will be responsible for data entry related to HR administration for the company; handle the HRIS entry and reports, employee benefits administration, policy and procedure maintenance, employee records maintenance, custom HR reports, maintenance of online and paper employee files. Provide support to the HR Department by applying knowledge of all aspects of human resource management to complete the following duties: Order employee verifications, reference checks and criminal background checks from Sterling Testing Systems and process the findings accordingly. Maintain employee records and information including specifics related to benefit programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances and flexible spending accounts. Complete all required forms and notifications for various human resources-related information, such as new hires, changes of address and terminations. Handle sensitive matters with complete confidentiality. Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records. Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing and analyzing data. Perform other duties as assigned and/or required.

Generalist
Responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations throughout the firm. Recommend and administer human resources policies and practices that cover all functional areas. Experience having led performance management, compensation and on boarding processes required. Process focused; collect and analyze HR data, and make recommendations to management. Prepare internal communications. Key points: Performance/Compensation Management, Employee Integration, Training, Employee Relations, Employee Retention, Employee Benefits; involves travel to other company offices on a periodic basis to address issues and needs of employees.
